#Almighty Bill and Tyrant Ford au

The twins still go on adventures with Soos and Wendy and deal with their rivals Pacifica and Gideon,however things go much differently since everyone lives in a literal post apocalyptic hellscape (The Northwests live in a fancy bunker all day,Gideon lives in a huge blimp in the sky and has Bill's favor and thus is exempted from the usual torture trials that other humans go through,etc) and the adventures are somehow more dangerous due to the added hostility of the Henchmaniacs Eye-bats and Bill's other weird creatures,plus in other episodes the kids go on adventures with Stan Bill and Ford in the multiverse (sacrificing the soos episodes and wendy episodes for interdimensional stuff).

so glad to hear paz and gideon are still alive through this, which isn't something i thought i'd ever say /lh

The story here is Stan and Fidds trying to live in the chaotic hellscape that is Gravity Falls while trying to think of a plan to overthrow Ford and Bill or at least convince them to reform the town back to it's original state so that they can have a peaceful life again (that would be a pretty difficult task considering that both Bill and Ford love that town in it's current horrid state to bits. Ford is obviously attracted to it's weirdness and the fact that no one there is ever ridiculed unlike in his old life in Glass shard while Bill just loves the chaos of it). The twins haven't come back from Gravity Falls in three years,because Ford and Bill have convinced them to stay while totally ditching their parents since life in the Fearamid and traveling the multiverse is soo much better than a boring life as normal kids or so they were told (mr and mrs pines are worried and have sent several postcards and missed calls only for Ford and Bill to destroy the letters and erase the data of their calls from the kids' phones). It *IS* better although only if you ignore the agonized screams from innocent townsfolk being eaten by the Henchmaniacs that guard the Fearamid or stroll around town to kill and torture people outside and only focus on being pampered and given gifts by their Grunkle Ford and Uncle Bill.

i figured on some level the kids would have to be prevented from telling the outside world about the state of gravity falls and the whole power-couple (quite literally) of billford, but that's just SAD :((((( i know that in the show and several times in journal 3 say that Piedmont, California (their home) is a boring place, but they probably miss it

Also,Ford has the same powers as Bill due to the scepter he has having a replica of all his op abilities. Ford always calls Bill "my god my muse my everything my life" and the like while Ford is "my genius my most loyal follower my disciple my perfect human". Ford and Bill wear matching diamond rings :]. Stan Fidds Dipper Mabel Soos and Wendy go through a living hell in Gravity Falls as the place is basically a chaotic post apocalyptic hellscape while Ford and Bill over here are living it up as the kings of the multiverse,Stan is secretly pissed at Ford for this despite him and the twins being pampered in the Fearamid from time to time because the man can't fucking live a single day in his own world without almost being caught by Teeth or Pyronica to be turned into human mincemeat because of what his brother and his dumb god triangle did but he doesn't say anything in fear of losing Ford as his unwavering loyalty to the man is the only thing keeping him from abandoning him in favor of his dumb triangle husband.

this au is interesting cause in most other aus where ford agrees to go along with bill, he isn't on the same level as bill, which keeps stan and the mystery twins out of harm's way, usually with some sort of deal that assures this- but in this one ford just DOESNT care, and is actually on the same level of heartlessness and insanity, plus that safety net of a deal isn't made that would protect his family

FORBESSSS

Forbes is actually pretty similar to Ford even though his entire character/arc revolves around him NOT being Ford. He's egotistical like him,he's terrible with expressing his emotions besides ego related outbursts,he's lonely and was often made fun of for his eye abnormality like Ford's six fingers,he's desperate for validation and he covers up his insecurities with his ego,he's paranoid and distrustful of others due to trauma,and he's a huge nerd like Ford. Although despite this,he's also unique in his own way. He's charismatic and is actually sociable as well as good at making friends despite being lonely (he's lonely even though he actually has social skills because he resigned himself to the fate of dying alone until he met Bill) due to the fact that Filbert taught him that he has to know how to act in public lest he'd suffer the consequences (getting beat up and also getting humiliated in front of his father's investors),he's nicer and less aloof/snappy than Ford as he shows his friendly side more often for the sake of keeping up his and his family's image despite wanting to have a mental breakdown and or be angrier so bad because of his issues,he is actually functional and slightly more normal than Ford as he has a regular sleep schedule plus he actually eats normally and he eats vegetables as he values self care because he's a normal person and also this is partially because of having to keep up his image unlike Ford who probably eats a single boiled egg or a granola bar for breakfast and he thinks that'll give him enough energy for the day. And Forbes' specialty is technology rather than anomaly research like Ford. Plus he's more open about his insecurities in comparison to Ford,as he was never isolated and driven to not trust even his only family as well as the fact that Filbert didn't really care about his dumb emotions as long as he didn't show them in public meaning he wasn't taught the toxic masculinity thing aka "men don't cry" which is why Forbes is actually pretty pathetic in contrast to Ford as he cries all the time and is very needy for attention. His issues regarding him being desperate for validation is worse than Ford's,since he never had Stan or Shermie to support him growing up when his parents didn't so he basically takes any semblance of affection and recognition such as someone putting a billboard with his company on it or remotely talking to him without any ulterior motives (Fidelity was the one to witness the second option,he was baffled and horrified by the fact that this amazing man had never been acknowledged by his family before). Basically he was praised and put on a pedestal on the surface while simultaneously feeling insecure due to no one actually caring about him besides for his wealth.

Bill and Forbes argument about Bill hiding the reincarnation thing - Forbes and Bill are huddled on the couch together,snuggling as they enjoy each other's presence while the triangle watches his engineer read a book as the two are all cozied up inside due to it snowing heavily outside. He hasn't felt this happy ever since he was with Ford,and he absolutely loves his new genius more than anything. Although he realized that he still has something to tell the businessman.. "Hey, Forbsey?." Bill says as he taps the man's thigh in order to get his attention. "Yes?. What is it,my muse?." Forbes asks as he then puts the book down as he turns his attention towards his beloved. "I need to tell you something. Something i should've told you the moment we met." Bill remarks as he then hesitantly looks at the engineer while being uncomfortable due to fearing how he'd react when he finally drops the bomb on him.

Forbes then raises a brow in intrigue as he then turns the triangle around so that he'd face him rather than the position where Bill had his back against his chest. "Alright,what is it then?." Forbes questions once more as the triangle struggles to form the words while taking a nervous glance at the man. "U-Uhh. Well you see.. You're actually a reincarnation of my dead husband Ford,and i only got attached to you because you looked like him at first." Bill replied as he then winces as he's worried about the man's reaction,only for him to roughly get up while putting the isosceles on the couch. "So you were just lying to me?. You don't actually care about me?. You don't actually love me,you only love me because i'm wearing your husband's face!. What other things are you hiding from me?!." Forbes exclaims as he glares at the triangle,clenching his fists until they turn white. "I- Forbes,let me explain. It's not what you think-." Bill says as he attempts to calm the genius down but Forbes chimes before he could finish his sentence.

"NO! I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!. GET OUT! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR STUPID BRICK FACE EVER AGAIN!. YOU'RE A LYING TRAITOR WHO'S JUST TRYING TO USE ME LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!." Forbes shouts as he then ushers the triangle out the door as he roughly pushes him into the harsh freezing snow as he then shuts the door on Bill. "No Forbes wait!-." Bill remarks but he saw that the door was already shut on his face,he then sighs as he starts crying while sitting on the porch as he messed up another good relationship again because of his dumb mistake. 'Stupid stupid Bill. You HAD to tell him,you could've just left him in the dark about that whole reincarnation thing and NOT trigger his paranoia/egotistical defense response but nooo you had to run your mouth like that. Ugh. I hope he'll take me back this time,unlike Ford.' Bill thought to himself as he roughly wipes off his own tears in frustration. Meanwhile Forbes is trying to figure out his own feelings on this. "I can't believe it. He only liked me for looking and acting like that Author he kept rambling about when he was still grieving. I was a fool to believe that anyone would actually love me for myself instead of just using me. Father was right,i am a worthless failure that doesn't deserve any luxury that was given to me." Forbes says to himself as he voices his thoughts while crying as he hugged himself,feeling stupid for thinking that anyone would really care about him. After a few minutes of staying out in the freezing cold,Bill finally musters up the courage to explain himself to his genius as he then loudly knocks on the door while being unsure of whether the engineer would answer.

Forbes then walks up to the door and opens it,staring daggers at the triangle while quickly wiping off his pathetic tears. "I told you to not show your face here again." Forbes remarks coldly as he crossed his arms in anger. "Look,i didn't mean to hurt you. I should've told you that sooner,but let me explain myself before you leave me to die out here in the cold. Just hear me out,please." Bill replied as he started crying again,big fat tears streaming down his eye as the man sighs and reluctantly lets the triangle talk. "Fine. Explain yourself quickly before my patience runs out and i shut the door on your dumb brick face a second time." Forbes says as he then rolls his eyes at the isosceles' pitiful display while not being sure of whether those tears are real or not because of how betrayed he feels from his beloved supposedly using him. "Okay. I meant to say that i loved you for looking like Ford at first,but i ended up seeing you beyond that. I saw how different and amazing you were in comparison to Ford. I grew to love your goofy and passionate personality,i ended up getting used to listening to your tangents about gadgetry and diet culture,i came to love how you're intensely obsessed with technology,i got to see you Forbes. Not my husband Ford,but you. And i feel bad for ever thinking of you as a replacement for my husband back then because i eventually came to see that you're so much more than that." Bill explains as the businessman's expression softens and he begins to feel bad for yelling at the isosceles earlier after he starts to see what the triangle meant by what he said a few minutes ago. "Oh.. So that's what you actually meant,i shouldn't have lashed out like that earlier. I'm sorry, Bill." Forbes remarks as he looks away from his beloved in shame. "Ya think?. And it's okay Forbesy. I kinda deserved that for not telling you until now." Bill says in slight annoyance as he crosses his arms as well. "Um.. Was what we had even real?. Do you see me for who i am?,or who you think i am?. Do you love me because i'm Ford?,and for my aloof and rich playboy persona?." Forbes says as he frowns and starts crying,feeling insecure about his relationship with the triangle after the fact that he used him at first when they met triggered his troubles regarding no one besides Fidelity ever caring about him. Bill then looks at the man in concern and slight guilt,as he remembered that the engineer is sensitive about people taking advantage of him like that. "Of course it was real Forbesy,and it still is. I see you for yourself,and not for anything else. I love you and your goofy self. I'm sorry too,for withholding something important like that." Bill replied as he then wipes off Forbes' tears while kissing him on the forehead with his eye mouth,with the man smiling as he felt reassured by the triangle's words. "It's fine. I love you too,my muse~." Forbes remarks as the triangle then smiled back at him.

"Love you more, Eyepatch~. Now let me inside,i can feel my fingers getting numb." Bill says in slight annoyance as he then wiggles his fingers in front of the genius who perks up at the realization that they're both sitting out in the cold. "Ah right,i apologize. Come inside." Forbes says as he blushes in embarrassment as he then opens the door further and the triangle comes back inside,lightly chuckling at the man's reaction. Bill then drags the man back to the couch and he kisses him straight on the mouth while turning into his human form as he passionately smooches him as a way to make up for that dumb mistake,the engineer smiles into the kiss as he felt comforted by the fact that his beloved wasn't actually using him as he happily lets himself get peppered in kisses by the triangle person.

Almighty Cipher and Tyrant Ford are like that one very very toxic couple. They are worse. They are SO MUCH worse than canon. Put two evil enabling egomaniacs together in a room and you get a fucking nightmare. The difference between canon Billford and Almighty au Billford is that Ford is equally as heartless and egotistical as Bill,MEANING,these two constantly backstab each other argue like crazy and pull the same shit that they do on their pathetic victims towards each other. However on the other hand,they are USUALLY loving and very flirty husbands towards each other when they're not at each other's throats and or horribly arguing. To clarify,they Very Clearly love each other,they would kill for the other,Bill would literally lose his mind and destroy the multiverse if Ford his one and only his everything died while Ford would literally kill himself if Bill died,but also their equally horrid behavior makes them both clash AND get along as when your husband/disciple/god is equally as evil as well as egotistical as you,things would kindaaa get bad as a petty argument between a married couple slowly escalates into a world destroying fight.
